Introduction

Teleportation allows you to go in a few seconds from one location to another location - teleport yourself or beam. Beginners need some minutes. This requires three main steps of training:

  • Learn deep relaxation
  • Learn trance
  • Dissolve body

 

Requirements

Physical and mental health are required for learning the technique of teleportation. It is very helpful if you already have experience in meditation and relaxation techniques. Control over your own energy system - the Seven Chakras - make learning the teleportation much easier.

 

Theory of Teleportation

  • Close your eyes. Breathe through your nose quietly.
  • Watch for an abdominal breathing (belly rises and falls).
  • Imagine as you absorb relaxation by inhalation, give off tension by exhalation.
  • Speak inside in the head and eight more on breathing:

    It breathes me. The arms are warm and heavy. The shoulders are warm and heavy. The upper body is warm and heavy. The pelvis is warm and heavy. The legs are warm and heavy. The feet are warm and heavy. My eyelids are relaxed. My mouth is relaxed. My whole body is relaxed.

  • Two inches above your navel is the Solar Plexus, the Solar Plexus Chakra. Feel like there is a central pool of your energy and a warmth spreading in your body.

 

Exit

Exit the practice never abruptly. On the one hand, the circulation will be stimulated again, on the other hand, can one distinguish this clearly from normal relaxed state.

 

  1. The hands are clenched and stretched your arms.
  2. Legs tensed and stretched.
  3. The arms are stretched over the head, the whole body is rake and stretched.
  4. Now take a deep breath and open your eyes.

 

If you train every day, you realize every day how it will be easier to relax. It also goes faster and faster.

Deeper relaxion: trance

The deeper relaxation leads to trance. In this state your subconscious mind is most receptive to learning new skills. However, it is not of course to achieve to the trance state.

  • Imagine how your body dissolves and be thereby calm and relaxed.
  • Imagine how you teleport to the most beautiful places that you can imagine

Dissolve

After 4-6 weeks of trance and exercise the imagination to dissolve, you can proceed to the next step.

 

  • Go into trance (which should now work in a few seconds or minutes!)
  • Imagine how your body dissolves, give your body the order to disperse.

Teleporting

  • Go into trance.
  • Dissolve your body.
